A behavioural marketing operation for Mercedes-Benz during “Mondo Natura”.

3 phases to involve the target in a positive way. First step: online campaign with banners, keyword advertising and advertorials, aiming to direct  users’ attention on Mercedes-Benz website. Second step: during Mondo Natura, the creation of a 4-star camper and the distribution to of special badges to receive some gadgets. Third step: all the schedules were recalled with telemarketing activities.
